In the Apartment, it was possible to place a living and sleeping area on 20 square meters thanks to the creation of a storage space opposite the sofa.

Thanks to the insulation of the balcony and the rather elongated kitchen area, it was possible to create an additional sleeping area behind a glass sliding partition, if necessary, closed with a blackout curtain.

Replacing the bath with a shower visually increased the space of the bathroom. Moving the toilet in front of the door made it possible to create a sink with a countertop and place a washing machine with a laundry basket under them, as well as shelves with bathroom accessories.
